Yes. The person booking the space is responsibile for their guests, participants, instructors, and any other individuals they bring into the space. Renters are expected to supervise their group and ensure activities are conducted safely.
The Gathering Tide’s insurance covers the business and its operations but does not necessarily provide coverage for activities conducted by independent renters. Renters may need their own liability coverage for their specific activity.
Renters are responsible for conducting their activities in a safe manner and should maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their activity. Any accident or injury occurring during a rental should be reported to the Gathering Tide as soon as possible.
Yes, childrens’ classes and activities may be permitted with prior approval. The renter is responsible for appropriate supervision and safety of all children participating in their activity. Additional insurance requirements may apply.
Yes! We welcome instructors and activity-based rentals. Because these activities involve physical participation, proof of appropriate liability insurance may be required before your rental is approved.
The person who books the rental is responsible for the actions of their guests and participants and may be responsible for associated repair or replacement costs.
Yes. All rentals will require a rental agreement outlining the rental period, responsibilities, applicable insurance requirements, cancellation terms, and rules for use of the space.
